Pai Korea uses trip details, contact information, language preference, and messenger contact only to review booking requests, prepare quotes, coordinate dispatch, and handle support.

Deposit and payment

Booking requests are free. A deposit is requested only after Pai Korea confirms vehicle availability and quote details through an official messenger channel.

Cancellation and refund

Before deposit payment, users can cancel freely. After deposit payment, refund handling depends on departure timing, confirmed dispatch costs, and the cancellation guidance shared before payment.

Legal dispatch principle

Pai Korea coordinates with legally operable transportation providers such as taxi, van, rental car, or transportation business operators. Private illegal paid rides are not accepted.

Official contact safety

Users should only follow payment or deposit instructions sent through Pai Korea's official LINE, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger channels. Do not send money based on unofficial personal messages.
